Orders are packed and shipped in 2-3 working days and will take 2-3 working days to arrive in major areas once collected by the courier. Shipping to outlying areas can take between 3-7 working days to arrive.
No sale or promotional orders may be returned. Standard orders may be returned as long as notice is given to the seller within 3 working days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping as well as the cost and must ensure the product is packaged well and returns to the seller in a perfectly resalable condition. A 15% restocking and administration cost will also be charged to the buyer. Custom orders are non-returnable.
If an item arrives damaged the cost of the return will not be charged to the buyer and the buyer will be refunded 100% of the item cost (excluding the initial delivery charge.) You will be required to notify the seller of any damage within 24 hours of the package being delivered by the courier. To claim - a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damage must be sent through to the seller within the 24-hour period. No custom order items will be refunded in the event of damage upon delivery. This will be returned to The Forever Flower Studio at their own cost, repaired and returned to you in within 7-14 working days (please bear this in mind when ordering a custom order for a special occasion.)

No, our products are for indoor display. The floral tape and cotton thread used to finish the stem would not survive the elements. Prolonged sunlight would also fade the cotton thread and potentially the beads.
We only use premium supplies and materials. So, if cared for properly your purchase can be enjoyed for generations.
